NOS new old stock is new never used but may be as the bike and have shelf wear. All used equipment is not meant for show quality replacement. Parts may need other pieces to make a larger system complete. Has some discoloration, staining, corrosion, dirt, fine brush scratching and a mild bend where the hard bracket mounts up - see pictures.
