The only exception to this would be defective items.
This was removed from a 2007 Victory hammer, but per it will also fit:s 8 ball oem part number: 5 up for sale is front fender. The chip is only thing I have found that goes through original paint.

It is the correct paint scheme for 2007 Victory hammer The fender is straight with no dents or dings and I could not get any of fine scratches scuffs to show up in photos.
The fender does have some fine scratches and scuffs throughout with rub marks of a different color paint tan in couple spots one small chip at right front edge see photos. The brackets shown are included, but there is no mounting hardware included.
