Unless stated,this part is used not new. This was the OEM Harley fender for 2013 2017 CVO model's. Many times we relist some of the same parts due to our excess inventory on that part. The FedEx and USPS rates also went up impacting the cost of shipping as well.

The shipping charge listed is for to the lower 48 states. This is a used fender has light flaws in the clear coat that will not show up photos and marks from mounting.
