Fender was rattle canned with primer and 2 coats of color match vivid black paint, not a perfect job but awful either more pictures available on request reflector brackets these are brand new never installed, purchased them to fill in the open slots side fender, they do include reflectors as I going cut off spot that houses so no part sat below linseed plate mount for Softail slim integrated light wires male pins attached. I welded in a panel to fill the hole meant for ecm as this was going go on my 04 1200r which has no hole, Sportster will need cut out patch but or can leave it place and keep road grit off bottom of their seat why patched.

This will allow your turn signals to functions as running lights, blinkers and brake lights wire heat shrink - black, white, red, brown, blue, violet wire.

I purchased all this for my 04 roadster and Haydn't gotten around to installing it, wife now rides that bike prefers the full fender with brake lightly parts included are oem Harley parts price is less than stuff worth separately will give you a complete, fully serviceable on your bike parts:fender chopped hole.
