Included are the bolts and washers for mounting. I have taken photos of the inside fender. There are no wear or scratch marks. The exterior looks perfect with alignment and no blemishes, but the underneath does show manufacturing marks from how ever they produced mold used.

The fender has been drilled for ABS holes. Important note, the factory bolts on a RSV4 have shoulder and cannot be used.
