Someone grounded off the bracket for thumbscrew mounts inside fender see pic. Personally, i'd run it as is if my bike had this color combo and touch up some of the scratches or repaint should you choose. These are getting harder to find and Harley doesn't make them any longer as well aftermarket companies. This will also fit other Dyna model's from low rider, super glide but keep in mind that has two extra holes on the bottom of right and left sides back fender for thumbscrews convertible bags have to mount with.

All of the mounting hols are clean with no cracks. In factory two-tone from what i'm told patriot red pearl and violet - pretty cool color combo. Overall the fender is in great shape with no dents or bends on edges.

It has one small dent that will covered up when mounting an oem license plate bracket see pic. Rear fender off a 1997 Harley Davidson Dyna convertible.
