The hubcaps are scratched up and need new chrome or paint. Some master mechanic/technician/surgeon dissected this for unknown reasons and it is now a science experiment some new craftsman, comes with everything you see in the pictures. Will need paint of course. Not for the faint of heart, but not that bad.
